Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in providing high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, strong medication administration skills, and in-depth knowledge of anatomy.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support in accordance with care plans- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)- Diploma or degree in Nursing- Proven experience in patient care and medication administration- Sound knowledge of human anatomy and physiology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment- Commitment to providing compassionate and holistic patient care. Experience in supporting individuals with Mental Health needs.
