We are seeking an reliable Construction Labourer to join our existing and expanding team. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Team Leader.
The role is initially based at Longnor Hall, with work for third party clients as required. We are a growing and dynamic organisation committed to delivering exceptional services to our customers.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated Construction Labourer to support our site teams across a variety of projects. This is a hands on role ideal for someone with construction site experience who takes pride in their work and maintains high safety standards.
You will assist skilled tradespeople, maintain site organisation, and ensure works are carried out efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with day-to-day site activities
- Carry out general labouring duties
- Load and unload materials and deliveries
- Maintain site cleanliness and organisation
- Follow health & safety regulations at all times
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Support basic trade tasks as required
- Report any site issues to supervisors
Requirements
- Previous construction site experience preferred
- Valid CSCS card (desireable)
- Good understanding of site health & safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work well within a team
- Full UK driving licence
