What will you be doing?
In this role you will be acting as an ambassador of IAO, you will be responsible for carrying out end-point assessment activities and making decisions for apprenticeship standards.
Conflicts of Interest
IAO is subject to regulatory requirements, one of which lays out the responsibilities of the organisation in relation to identifying and managing Conflicts of Interest. It is a requirement that all members of staff within IAO sign a declaration around Conflict of Interest. They are responsible for informing their manager of any potential or actual conflicts of interest that may occur whilst employed by IAO.
What will you bring to the role?
- Hybrid end point assessor required to cover Derby and the surrounding areas, preferably with previous experience as an end point assessor and an assessors qualification
- Previous hospitality experience is essential, both FOH and BOH, with some supervisory experience.
- Must be able to work independently, with good time and diary management skills. People skills are essential to ensure apprentices are committed to attending assessments and completing their apprenticeships.
- An Assessors qualification
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Familiar with MS Office and other IT systems (training will be provided for Proficient).
