Christopher Brian is working with a well-established and highly regarded local law firm that is continuing to grow and expand. As part of that growth, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to become an important part of their team.
This is not simply another fee earning position. The firm is growing, creating a genuine opportunity for the right person to develop with it. There is a clear route towards Head of Department and Partnership for someone who wants to build a long-term future with the firm.
The role:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Advising the firm’s clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases and other property transactions
- Taking ownership of matters from initial instruction through to completion
- Building strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm
- Taking on greater responsibility as the firm and department continue to grow
About you:
You’ll have solid Commercial Property experience and be comfortable managing your own matters and client relationships.
You don't need to be operating at Partner or Head of Department level already. In fact, this could be particularly suited to someone who feels ready for that next level but needs the opportunity and support to get there.
Equally, if you’re already operating at a senior level and want to join an expanding firm where there is genuine scope for progression, they would be keen to speak with you.
