About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Co-ordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of internal and external training across the MEH Alliance on Hinkley Point. This role will play an important part in ensuring training requirements are effectively managed, records are accurately maintained, and key stakeholders receive clear, timely information.
What you'll be doing
As a Training Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for,
- Helping to plan and organise training activity, provide clear guidance and support, and ensure candidates receive accurate joining instructions ahead of training programmes.
- You’ll also support the management of training resources, upload completed certificates to the learning management system, and maintain accurate training records.
- You’ll work closely with internal teams, MEH Alliance partner organisations and training providers to ensure records are maintained across systems, compulsory and developmental training is reported accurately, and competency-based training expiry dates are monitored.
- The role will also involve supporting audits, producing data from Skillstation when required, raising purchase order requests for training, and managing sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Who we're looking for
- Previous experience of coordinating high volumes of training.
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, with the ability to adapt to other systems and software.
Strong attention to detail
excellent organisational skills,
The ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
Flexible, approachable and comfortable working with others to achieve successful outcomes.
- Able to obtain a security clearance.
