What are we looking for?
- You will have a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all advice and support given to individual schools is correct.
- You will enjoy problem solving and be happy to concentrate for extended periods of time to complete tasks.
- You will need to be able to organise your own workload and respond to clients / problems where there are no set procedures to follow.
- You will need to be happy to travel around the County (for up to 1.5 hours each way) and sit for longer periods of time at a computer.
- You will need to be able to exercise tact and sensitivity when responding to queries or working with situations which may relate to sensitive circumstances.
- You will need to be able to deal sensitively with clients who may be upset, angry or confused.
- You will have good overall technical skills in the use of Microsoft Office and working with major computerised financial systems used for operating a relevant financial service.
