We’re on the lookout for an energetic, people-focused Assistant Bingo Manager to oversee our vibrant clubs in Armagh and Banbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to create an unforgettable customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring teams across two busy bingo clubs
- Creating a fun, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff
- Driving performance, sales, and customer engagement
- Managing day-to-day operations, compliance, and standards
- Coaching and developing your team to deliver their very best
- Bringing fresh ideas and energy to keep our clubs buzzing
What We’re Looking For
- A confident leader with experience managing teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Ability to work flexibly, including split shifts, evenings and weekends
- Hospitality, leisure, retail, or gaming experience is a bonus — but attitude and energy are everything!
