EXPERIENCED PROPERTY CLEANERS WANTED – GLASGOW & CENTRAL BELT
£14.00 per hour + holiday pay

FlowX Facilities Ltd is continuing to grow and we’re looking to build a small team of reliable, experienced cleaners across Glasgow and the surrounding Central Belt.
The work is varied and will primarily include:
- End-of-tenancy cleans
- Post-construction and post-refurbishment cleans
- Void property cleans
- Deep cleans
- Property handover and sparkle cleans
This isn't routine weekly domestic cleaning. We work with property professionals, contractors and investors, so we're looking for people who take pride in leaving a property genuinely ready for handover.
What we're looking for
✅ Previous professional cleaning experience
✅ Excellent attention to detail
✅ Reliable and comfortable working independently
✅ Able to carry out physically demanding cleaning work
✅ Comfortable taking and submitting completion photographs
✅ Driving licence and own transport strongly preferred
✅ Flexible availability is a major advantage
All professional cleaning equipment and products can be provided.
Work is offered flexibly as projects become available, so this could suit someone already working in cleaning who would like additional paid work around their existing commitments.
Pay: £14.00 per hour + holiday pay
There is also an additional £20 Quality & Reliability Bonus for every five properties successfully completed to FlowX standard.
We currently have work becoming available across Glasgow and the Central Belt, with further opportunities expected as the business continues to grow.
