Duties
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and close sales deals effectively
- Present products or services to prospective clients via meetings, presentations, or demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs
- Manage sales pipelines efficiently using organisational tools and IT systems
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with client requirements
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Ensure timely follow-up on all sales activities to meet targets and organisational objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events
- Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised approach with attention to detail in preparing proposals and reports
