Experienced Sign Fitter Wanted
Are you an experienced Sign Fitter looking to join a well-established and growing signage business?
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Sign Fitter to join their installation team, delivering a wide range of high-quality signage projects for some of the UK's leading retail, commercial and fuel sector clients.

The Role
Working as part of a two-person installation team, you'll travel from the Newcastle area to customer sites across the UK, installing a variety of internal and external signage to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for representing the business professionally while ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently and on time.
Your Responsibilities
- Installing a wide range of signage including illuminated signs, fascia signs, tray signs, totems, vinyl graphics and petrol station branding.
- Working as part of a two-person installation team on projects throughout the UK.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation specifications.
- Liaising with site managers, contractors and customers to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
- Travelling nationwide, including regular overnight stays where required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sign Fitter, Sign Installer or Installation Engineer within the signage industry.
- Experience installing retail, commercial or forecourt/petrol station signage would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A professional attitude with good customer-facing communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Essential Qualifications
Desirable:
- SPA Passport (or previous experience working on petrol station/forecourt projects).
