We are looking for someone who is passionate about the world of hospitality to join our established team.
The role of the successful candidate will be to support the team on all aspects of running a vibrant city centre cocktail bar. The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Prepare drinks
- Serve customers
- Work on the bar floor collecting glasses, cleaning tables and serving customers
- Support the team in keeping the venue at a presentable standard
- Work with the senior team to ensure the smooth running of the venue
- Train alongside the senior bar team to continue to develop their bar skills and knowledge
This role is Part-Time, 5-14 hours a week across 1/2 shifts. There will be the opportunity to increase these hours from September.
To start with the shifts will be Friday and/or Saturday nights with the option to work other nights as training progresses.
The ideal candidate will be available all year and will not be dependent on University term times. THIS IS NOT A SUMMER ONLY POSITION.
All candidates must be 18 or over.
Minimum of 6 months bar experience desired. Cocktail training preferred but not essential. Full training will be given.
