We are seeking a Facilities Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of integrated facilities management services within a leased office space.
This role will act as the on-site lead, ensuring a high-quality, professional workplace environment across two floors within a shared, multi-tenanted building.
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual with strong stakeholder management experience, capable of driving service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while building effective relationships with client stakeholders, service partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient delivery of integrated FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, waste, catering/vending, reception, and helpdesk coordination
- Manage service delivery within a multi-tenanted building, ensuring effective collaboration with landlord representatives and occupiers
- Monitor and drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual standards to ensure continuous improvement
- Act as the on-site lead for stakeholders, building strong and visible relationships
- Ensure all customer requests, feedback, and complaints are logged, managed, and resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies, promoting a strong safety culture
- Lead, manage, and develop on-site teams and service partners, including recruitment, performance management, and engagement
- Manage site budgets, control costs, identify efficiencies, and support financial reporting and account performance
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Background in Soft Services, Front of House (FOH), or workplace environments
- Energetic and proactive approach, with a strong willingness to take initiative
- Comfortable working in customer-facing roles and building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Confident delivering high levels of customer service in fast-paced, people-focused environments
- Professional, approachable, and committed to creating a positive customer experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
