At Severn Hospice, we provide compassionate and specialist care for people living with incurable illness, and we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Bank Registered Nurse to join our inpatient team.
As part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, holistic and person-centred palliative care to patients. Working with hospice colleagues and wider primary care teams, you will support patients with complex needs at a crucial time in their lives, providing care with dignity, respect and kindness, while also supporting those important to them.
With your clinical expertise and professional judgement, you will undertake comprehensive assessments, symptom management and care planning tailored to meet individual patient needs. You will deliver direct patient care ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care is consistently maintained.
