Responsible for carrying out a wide range of warehouse duties, The role requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow established procedures, and ensure that goods and materials are handled correctly and efficiently.
The position also provides an opportunity for development and progression towards a Warehouse Supervisor role. As experience and competence increase, responsibilities may expand to include coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities, allocating work to colleagues, monitoring workflow and productivity, supporting stock control, assisting with staff training and onboarding, resolving operational issues, and helping to ensure that warehouse procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, initiative, good communication skills and a willingness to take on additional responsibility, with the potential to progress into a supervisory position based on performance, experience, leadership ability and business requirements.

Advantages would be any of the following:
· Experience in stock control would be advantageous
· Hands on Unloading and loading containers
· Hold Forklift licence advantageous (counterbalance and reach).
· Driver’s licence
· Receptive to working weekends and overtime if required
· To have a reasonable level of computer competency
· Be an effective problem solver
Successful candidates will be supervised and supported and well trained
Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
