Job Title: Supervisor (Night Shift)
Shift: 17:45 to 06:00 (Monday to Thursday)
Location: Yaxley, Cambridgeshire
Hourly Rate: £19.24 per hour, plus £50 weekly shift allowance.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead operations within our Plastics department. This role focuses on managing the night production team, driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shift, ensuring production targets are met, staff are supported, and company policies are upheld.
As the Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise the night production team, ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and oversee maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Train and support operators on machinery setup and production processes.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain production excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within an injection moulding manufacturing environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a factory setting
- Strong technical knowledge of machine set up and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Proactive approach to improving processes and production efficiency
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
