Enforcement and Insolvency Lead | Bradford | Build Something Different
Kalstone Legal is launching in Q4 2026 – a new kind of commercial debt recovery firm combining cutting-edge legal tech with an entrepreneurial, high performing team.
We’re looking for an Enforcement and Insolvency Lead who is more than just a subject matter expert — someone who wants to take ownership, help to shape processes, and be part of a firm built for growth from day one.
The Role
· Lead the day-to-day operational activity across the enforcement and insolvency stages
· Define and maintain the selection criteria of future enforcement and insolvency cases using historic outcomes and industry developments
· Manage the relationship whilst providing oversight and assurance of all High Court Enforcement, personal service and reconnection suppliers
· Help shape how we deliver legal services using our bespoke tech
About you
· Minimum 5 years’ experience working within litigation including hands on experience of Enforcement proceedings
· Strong understanding of civil procedure rules and the litigation process
· Commercially minded, organised, and confident dealing with clients and suppliers
· Keen to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
