About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our busy industrial and commercial print operation.
The successful candidate will have solid hands-on experience in screen printing and be confident working to high standards in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be producing quality printed products for a range of commercial and industrial customers, ensuring every job meets our exacting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing machinery and equipment.
- Prepare screens, inks and substrates for production.
- Set up and register jobs to ensure accurate, consistent prints.
- Carry out quality checks throughout the production process.
- Work from job specifications and technical artwork.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining excellent print quality.
- Follow all company health & safety and production procedures.
- Work as part of a team while also being capable of working independently.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven commercial/industrial screen printing experience.
- Has a strong understanding of screen preparation, inks, registration and print techniques.
- Can work accurately and efficiently under production pressures.
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality work.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Can follow technical specifications and production instructions.
- Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team.
- Experience with multiple substrates, specialist inks or large-format/industrial screen printing would be an advantage.
