Responsibilities
- Collect used glasses and bottles from the bar area promptly to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
- Wash, polish, and restock glassware to ensure availability for bartenders and guests
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
- Restock bar supplies such as garnishes, napkins, straws, and mixers to keep the bar fully equipped
- Support bartenders by passing ingredients or tools quickly and accurately during service
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
