Overview:
Bromley | Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week
Every day at Change Grow Live, people take the first step towards a different future.
As an Opiate Recovery Coordinator, you'll be there for those moments that matter. Whether it's helping someone engage with treatment for the first time, supporting them through challenges, or celebrating milestones in recovery, you'll play a key role in helping people build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
This is a role for someone who believes in the potential of people, even when they may not see it themselves.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience working with people affected by substance use, mental health challenges or other complex needs.
Builds positive relationships quickly and communicates with empathy and professionalism.
Is organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.
Understands the importance of safeguarding, risk management and confidentiality.
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Is passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives.
Most importantly, you'll bring compassion, resilience and a genuine commitment to recovery.

Working alongside nurses, recovery coordinators, prescribers, peer mentors, volunteers and partner agencies, you'll be part of a team that is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
