We are seeking a motivated, professional and client-focused Solicitor to join our growing law firm. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients, manage their own caseload, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, accurate and practical legal advice to clients.
- Manage a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion.
- Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence, legal documents and contracts.
- Represent clients in negotiations, meetings and, where appropriate, court proceedings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and ensure all matters are progressed efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, courts and other relevant parties.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, professional standards and the firm’s policies.
- Meet deadlines, manage competing priorities and maintain a high standard of client service.
- Work as part of a supportive legal team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
- Strong knowledge of the relevant area of law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Sound legal judgement and attention to detail.
- A professional, approachable and client-focused manner.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and the highest standards of professional conduct.

Pay: £28,087.75-£30,000.00 per year
