We’re looking for friendly, energetic and confident Bartenders to join our team and help us deliver an unforgettable experience for every guest.
Think country music, cowboy boots, busy weekends, brunch buzz, and a team that works hard but has fun doing it.
The Role
As a Bartender at Silver Spur, you’ll be at the heart of the action. You’ll be responsible for serving great drinks, engaging with customers and keeping the bar running smoothly during busy periods.
You’ll be expected to:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and soft drinks to a high standard
- Provide friendly, confident and engaging customer service
- Deliver bottomless brunches, cocktail packages and other guest experiences
- Get involved with the atmosphere and energy of the venue
- Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked throughout your shift
- Handle payments and operate the till accurately
- Follow all licensing, health & safety and company procedures
- Stay calm, organised and positive during busy periods
- Help achieve sales targets and promote drinks, packages and events
- Follow our Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service policies
We're looking for people who are:
