Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
The successful candidate will support the Senior Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality are maintained at all times.
Duties
- Support the Senior Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served according to our menu
- Help lead service during busy periods
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Supervise junior team members and coordinate tasks to optimise workflow
- Contribute to menu planning and presentation
This role would suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Party ready to take the next step.
Salary is dependant on age and experience.
Pay: Up to £26,436.80 per year
