KØR MAISON is a luxury Pilates and wellness destination opening in Chelsea, bringing together Lagree, heated mat Pilates and elevated hospitality in a beautifully designed riverside setting.
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our founding team as Studio Hosts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences, takes pride in immaculate presentation and has a passion for hospitality, wellness and fitness.
Every member should feel welcomed, looked after and leave wanting to return. You'll be a key part of delivering that experience.
Working Hours
Our operating hours are designed to suit those looking for flexibility around studies, acting, freelancing or other commitments.
Morning Shift: 7:00am – 11:00am
Evening Shift: 5:00pm – 8:00pm

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome every member with warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Prepare premium smoothies, protein shakes and wellness beverages.
- Prepare barista-quality coffees and hot drinks.
- Check members into classes using our booking system (full training provided).
- Ensure the reception, smoothie bar and studio spaces remain immaculate throughout the day.
- Clean and sanitise Pilates equipment between classes where required.
- Organise stock rooms and maintain inventory levels.
- Restock towels, retail displays, drinks and refreshments.
- Support instructors with smooth class changeovers.
- Maintain high presentation standards across the entire studio.
- Answer member enquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
- Help create a five-star luxury experience from arrival through to departure.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has outstanding customer service skills.
- Has previous hospitality, café, barista or front-of-house experience (preferred).
- Has excellent attention to detail and enjoys keeping spaces organised.
- Is reliable, proactive and takes initiative.
- Presents themselves professionally at all times.
- Has a positive, high-energy attitude.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Has an interest in fitness, Pilates or wellness.
