Harvest and Green is a small business in Edinburgh, EH10 4BZ. Our goal is to provide luxury gifts including flowers and chocolate that will enhance the celebration of any occassion .
Duties
- Assist the manager where necessary
- Create and arrange floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Process incoming flower shipments and ensure proper storage and care of flowers
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new stock as needed
- Manage online orders and deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
Qualifications
- 2 years experience working as a florist or in a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Strong knowledge of Edinburgh and Holland based suppliers
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
