Practice Champion
We are seeking a motivated Practice Champion to support high-quality, person-centred care across our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and develop staff to deliver excellent care
- Promote Active Support, PBS, and person-centred approaches
- Improve quality of life and outcomes for people supported
- Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and high standards of practice
- Support the Practice Leader with developing the team, by communicating effectively, you will also need to view training and development as the key to providing excellent standards
- Monitor quality through audits, KPIs, and care reviews
- On Call responsibilities on rota basis
About You:
- Passionate about person-centred care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding and care standards
- Flexible and willing to travel
- Driving licence required
