Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services such as cutting, coloring, styling, and special treatments with precision and creativity
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages client loyalty
- Assist clients with additional beauty services including eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance their overall look
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team spirit
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barbering professional with strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
- Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for those interested in career growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform eyelash extensions and makeup application is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products confidently and professionally
- Experience in front desk operations or appointment scheduling is beneficial for managing client flow efficiently
