JOB TITLE: Receptionist - The Salon & Novus Restaurant
LOCATION: King's Lynn
HOURS: 25 per week (9.30am - 2.30pm each day)
SALARY: £14,095 - £14,320 (£25,149 - £25,549 FTE)
We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused receptionist to become the first point of contact for visitors, students and customers using our learner training Hair & Beauty salons and Novus restaurant.
Based in the Vancouver building, you'll manage appointments and enquiries, welcome customers, support students and staff and ensure that the reception runs smoothly each day. You'll plan an important role in creating a positive customer experience, whilst also supporting learners completing internal work placements (e.g. those on a front of house qualification) and contributing to the wider business support team.
This is a new, varied role where no two days are the same. Alongside managing the reception and booking systems, you'll support with attendance management, administrative support for curriculum teams and help students with any queries which they may have. You'll be working with numerous colleagues across the college to deliver an excellent service.
