- Manage and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors.

- Mentor and guide junior members of the accounting and finance team.

A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in the business services sector is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
