As an Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key part in keeping things moving for our customers, suppliers and The Pros around you. You’ll take ownership, solve problems properly, and work with people across the business to make things simpler, faster and better.
You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, make decisions, and see things through.
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently achieved.
Support customers throughout the ordering process, providing product recommendations and guidance to meet their needs.
Process customer orders accurately and manage the fulfilment process from order placement through to successful completion.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve effective outcomes.
Identify sales opportunities and work closely with Key Account Managers to support revenue growth, customer retention, and account development.
