As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading by example and supporting the day-to-day running of the café. You will work a variety of hours during the week and over weekends, so flexibility is essential. This is a fast-paced, fun, and demanding environment, and being a strong team player is vital.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential — what matters most is the right attitude, energy, and willingness to grow.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Supervising and supporting the Front of House team during service
- Leading shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Delivering excellent customer service and handling guest queries professionally
- Training, motivating, and guiding team members to maintain KOZZEE standards
- Ensuring brand standards are met across service, presentation, and cleanliness
- Managing opening and closing procedures when required
- Supporting rota coordination and team communication
- Monitoring service flow and stepping in where needed during busy periods
- Ensuring health & safety and food hygiene standards are followed at all times
- Acting as a point of contact between the team and management
