We are looking for a practical, organised and customer focused Parts & Service Advisor to join our small but busy team.
This is a varied, hands on role combining parts advising and sales with service advising and workshop coordination. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, helping them identify the parts they need, arranging servicing and repairs, keeping customers updated and ensuring jobs move efficiently from enquiry through to completion.
The role would suit someone who understands agricultural machinery, enjoys dealing with people and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you would have a background in parts or service, a familiarity with agricultural machinery would be advantageous but not essential as full training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
One Saturday a month 8-12 4 hours
