Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B (business-to-business) sales channels.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored product or service solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize client visits, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Utilize IT tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles with a focus on negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with IT systems, CRM software, and basic organizational tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals.
- Knowledge of the sales process, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.

Pay: £25,420.00-£63,184.95 per year
