Basic Salary : £26,551 with additional earning potential including Sleep Ins ( Paid at £60 Per Sleep) and On - Calls ( Paid at £35 per On call). This does not include our Enhanced Rate OverTime.

Essential Job Criteria:
- We want fun, energetic, passionate, caring, creative , dynamic and motivated people to want to support children to achieve their best!
- A Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Childcare is advantageous, however we provide full training!
To be able to undertake this role you will need to be able to:
· Work a shift pattern of 730am-11pm, followed by two days off ,on a three week rolling rota- This will include evening/ weekend work and bank holidays as the home caters for children on a 24/7 basis, 52 weeks of the year.
· Be able to undertake sleep in and on call duties (Paid Additionally)
· You will need to have a full UK driver`s license due to the location and nature of the role and be a minimum of 21 years old due to Insurance purposes
