Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking to progress within a high-quality kitchen environment. You will work alongside experienced chefs and gain exposure to rosette-level cooking, seasonal menus, and fresh ingredient-led dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Run your own section in a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Prepare and present dishes to AA Rosette standard
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Support and mentor junior chefs
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a professional kitchen / chef role
- Experience in AA Rosette, fine dining, or gastro pub kitchens
- Strong skills in butchery, fish preparation, and pastry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 preferred)
- Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours
