What You’ll Bring
Estate agency experience — Minimum 2 years
Listing/valuation experience — Preferred
Target‑driven mindset — Comfortable working to KPIs
Strong communication skills — Clear, confident and customer‑focused
Negotiation ability — Able to secure the best outcomes
Full UK driving licence — Essential
