LX Pantos is a global freight forwarding and supply chain specialist now seeking to appoint an experienced level of Air & Ocean Import / Export Clerk to join our busy team in Slough. You will join in International Freight Forwarding Team that deals with mainly Import & Export operations and customs mainly from Asia or to Asia for very specific High Street Names.

* Language skills: Fluent in English. Korean speaking is preferred but not essential

1. Objectives
- Support sustainable revenue growth by developing new business opportunities within the logistics sector
- Support & be part of building a strong pipeline of potential clients while maintaining high service standards
- Strengthen market presence through competitive pricing strategies and customer engagement
- Support the sales function with operational expertise and market intelligence
2. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within freight forwarding and logistics services
- Continuously develop knowledge of logistics solutions, market trends, and customer needs
- Support and participate in RFQs, tenders, bidding, and pricing activities
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure competitive and feasible service offerings
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Assist in developing sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Ensure smooth handover of secured business to operations teams
3. Key Skills
- Experience in logistics operations (freight forwarding, supply chain, or related field)
- Exposure to bidding, pricing, or sales support activities within logistics is essential
- Prior experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or coordinator role is preferred
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, especially in pricing and cost structures
- Proactive attitude with strong potential to develop into a business development or sales role
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and management teams
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

5. Working Conditions
- Visa: Work Visa Holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK
- Recruitment: Contract worker 12 months, renewal possible after contract expiration / Full-time
- Annual Salary: ￡30-33K (DOE)
- Working hours: 8 hours/ 5 days
- Holiday: 21 days (Plus bank holidays and public holiday)
- Insurance: Not applicable
- Recruitment period: 2026-April-22 ~ 2026-May-31
