We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Data Team and help deliver insight, reporting, and performance analysis across a range of exciting loyalty, incentive, and promotional campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with experience using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insight.
Working closely with Account Managers and the wider Data Team, you'll help monitor campaign performance, build reporting dashboards, forecast outcomes, and provide analysis that supports client decision-making.
What you'll be doing
· Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
· Analysing campaign and customer performance data.
· Producing ROI analysis, forecasts, and performance reviews.
· Identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Supporting Account Teams with reporting and insight.
· Working with multiple data sources including client files, website data, and campaign datasets.
· Collaborating with the Data Processor to ensure data quality and consistency.
What we're looking for
· Around 2–3 years' experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Insight Analyst role.
· Strong Excel skills.
· Experience using Power Query and Power BI.
· Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
· Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
· A proactive and collaborative approach.
Nice to have
· Experience with DAX.
· Experience in marketing, loyalty, promotions, or customer engagement programmes.
· Experience creating forecasts or performance models.
· Understanding of data governance and GDPR.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
