Technology Online Group is a B2B technology marketing firm based in Cambridge. We work with technology companies to develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies that build their brand and support growth.
We are seeking a Finance Administrator / Office Manager to support our growing business across finance, administration, CEO support, HR, travel and events.
This is a highly varied role in a fast-growing company, so we are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to get stuck in wherever needed.
Duties
- Maintaining day-to-day bookkeeping records and reconciling accounts.
- Raising and issuing client invoices, and managing payments and credit control.
- Processing supplier invoices, expenses and company payments.
- Administering monthly payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Collating and checking team timesheets, and reporting on time allocation across clients.
- Supporting the CEO with diary and meeting coordination, planning, record keeping and follow-up actions.
- Supporting recruitment, including posting vacancies, coordinating applications and arranging interviews.
- Supporting HR administration, including employee onboarding, records and holiday administration.
- Booking and coordinating team travel, accommodation and itineraries.
- Organising company events, client hospitality and exhibition attendance.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, subscriptions and supplier relationships.
- Maintaining accurate records across our finance, CRM and other business systems.
- Providing general administrative support across the business and taking on new responsibilities as the company grows.
Essential Experience
- 3+ years' experience in a bookkeeping, finance administration, office management or similar role.
- Strong bookkeeping experience, including account reconciliation, invoicing, payments and credit control.
- Experience administering payroll.
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting senior leadership with administration, diary management and planning.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration.
- Experience organising company events, exhibitions or business travel.
- Familiarity with CRM and time-tracking systems.
