The Role
This is a varied and engaging role at the centre of our business, combining sales support, customer communication, and order processing. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping them find the right solutions while ensuring every order is handled smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound sales calls and handling inbound customer enquiries
- Building strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry partners
- Providing product information and supporting customers in selecting the right solutions
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently from start to finish
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high attention to detail throughout
- Supporting the wider team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
