Location: Office Based
Hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays. A weekday off in lieu will be provided during weeks where a Saturday is worked.

About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an additional Learner & Client Support Administrator to strengthen our existing Learner Support team. This newly created role will provide additional capacity within the Operations department, helping to ensure learners and clients continue to receive a high standard of service as demand for our training programmes increases.
Working alongside our established Learner Support team, you will act as a first point of contact for learners and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support throughout their training journey. The role is focused entirely on supporting external customers and learners, helping them with course bookings, enquiries, training information, and general customer service needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesLearner & Client Support
- Act as a first point of contact for learners and clients via telephone, email, and online enquiries.
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer service experience at all times.
- Respond to learner and client enquiries accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Provide information on available courses, locations, dates, qualifications, and training options.
- Support learners throughout the booking process and assist with course registrations.
- Help learners access course information, joining instructions, and relevant training documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with learners and clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
Course Booking & Administration
- Process course bookings, amendments, transfers, and cancellations accurately.
- Assist learners in finding suitable course dates and locations to meet their needs.
- Ensure learner and client information is recorded accurately within company systems.
- Maintain up-to-date booking records and customer information.
- Support learners with attendance, booking confirmations, and course-related enquiries.
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly.
Client Support
- Respond to client enquiries regarding training requirements and course availability.
- Provide course information, quotations, and booking support where required.
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients through responsive communication.
- Support clients with managing learner bookings and training requirements.
Administrative Support
- Complete learner and client administration accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and training documentation.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and record management.
- Support the wider Learner Support function during busy periods.
- Carry out general administrative duties associated with learner and client services.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks effectively.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to delivering excellent support.
Desirable
- Experience within a training, education, healthcare, or service-based environment.
- Experience using CRM, booking, or learner management systems.
- Understanding of customer service best practice.
Pay: Up to £26,500.00 per year
