S3 Dental is a modern, fully digitised mixed dental practice in Hinchley Wood seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team for 2 days per week (Monday and Friday).
This role has become available due to an associate reducing their clinical days. The position offers a busy diary, strong patient demand and the opportunity to build significant private income within a well-established mixed practice model.

We are seeking a dentist confident in delivering NHS dentistry and motivated to grow private treatment options for patients.
Dentists who demonstrate further clinical development or interest in expanding their treatment offering are particularly encouraged to apply, including areas such as:
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Orthodontics
- Implants
- Other advanced treatment modalities
Requirements
- NHS UDA experience essential
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Motivation to develop private treatment alongside NHS care
