Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar activities, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Lead and motivate bartenders and serving staff to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs effectively
- Train new team members on serving techniques, and safety procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a positive environment
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a busy hospitality setting, preferably in bars or nightclubs
- Personal licence holder
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service
- Familiarity with cocktail and barista experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
