Are you ready to take the next step in your nursery management career? Are you passionate about early years?
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Deputy Manager to join our team, with a fantastic opportunity to step up into a Deputy Manager (maternity cover) role later this year. This is an excellent chance to broaden your leadership experience at an established and respected nursery, before returning to the Junior Deputy Manager position.
As Junior Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of the nursery management team, while also leading a room. You will have dedicated time out of the room to focus on your leadership responsibilities, giving you a great balance between working directly with children and supporting the day-to-day management of the nursery.
During the maternity cover period, you will take on the full responsibilities of Deputy Manager in a supernumerary role. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the smooth running of the setting. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement across the nursery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within early years, gain valuable senior leadership experience, and be part of a nursery that truly values quality, development, and teamwork.
This is a full time role, 40 hours per week.
