Location: Thornbury, Bradford (BD3 7AF)
Salary: £26,600 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible start and finish times between 7:00am and 5:30pm)

At Woodlands Home & Garden Group, we are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our busy Operations team.
This is not a role where you will spend all day behind a desk. You will be at the heart of our manufacturing operation, working alongside Production, Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to help keep everything running smoothly.
If you enjoy being organised, solving problems and working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Supporting our Production, Planning and Logistics teams
- Coordinating production paperwork and operational processes
- Preparing courier and despatch documentation
- Updating production and planning systems
- Working closely with factory teams to ensure production stays on track
- Communicating with transport companies and suppliers
- Helping resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You do not need years of experience.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and reliable
- Confident using computers
- A good communicator
- Positive and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Keen to learn and develop
Administration, planning or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but attitude and potential are far more important than the perfect CV.
