We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie pizzaiolo to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook authentic pizzas according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in the organisation of the kitchen station to maintain efficiency and cleanliness
- Monitor and control portion sizes to minimise waste while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
- Support the broader kitchen team with meal preparation and other duties as required
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including food safety protocols
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations, preferably within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to pizza making and general meal preparation
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a professional kitchen environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience serving in a fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous
- Passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail in presentation and quality assurance
