The Role
This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing ideas to life. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day digital delivery across a portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on organic social media and email marketing. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director but will be trusted to manage execution independently, ensuring content is planned, created, scheduled, and performing well.
What you’ll be responsible for
Organic Social Media
- Managing and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Writing engaging, on-brand captions
- Monitoring engagement and community interactions
- Maintaining consistent brand tone and quality across clients
Email Marketing
- Building and scheduling campaigns in Klaviyo
- Supporting flow updates and segmentation
- Writing email copy aligned to campaign goals
- Basic performance reporting and optimisation
Campaign Support
- Assisting with campaign planning and content coordination
- Working with designers, videographers and freelancers where required
- Supporting onsite content creation when needed (travel required)
General
- Keeping projects moving and flagging issues early
- Maintaining organised files and content calendars
- Contributing ideas and improvements to how we work
About you
- 1+ years experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Confident writing copy for social and email
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple clients
- Strong interest in social media trends and digital performance
- Comfortable working independently but enjoys being part of a team
- Full driving licence and access to a car (required)
