Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist in meal planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours while maintaining high standards of food quality
- Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions to ensure safety and freshness at all times
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally, engaging with guests when appropriate to enhance their dining experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
