Salary: Pay rates at £14.24/hr (£12.71 base rate + £1.53 holiday pay) for 21s & over and at £12.61/hr (£11.25 + £1.44 holiday pay) for under 21s
Hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday (No late nights, no weekend grinds!)

About the Role
Are you an experienced Barista looking for a lucrative casual gig with fantastic hours? We are seeking skilled, energetic Baristas for a temporary work in and around Edinburgh.
If you want to earn a great hourly rate while keeping your weekends completely free, this is the perfect opportunity to jump straight into a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista in a high-volume environment. You must be confident with milk texturing, dialling in the grinder, and keeping up with peak morning rushes.
- Availability: Excellent availability during Monday to Friday daytime hours.
- The Extra Perk (Bonus): Having a valid UK driving license and your own vehicle is a massive plus! While not essential for every shift, it will give you priority access to some of our premium sites just outside the city center.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving premium espresso-based coffees and hot drinks to a high standard.
- Managing busy peak times efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized bar area.
- Providing fast, friendly, and top-tier customer service.
- Adhering to strict food hygiene and safety standards.
