About the Role:
On foot mobile multi trade operative
Work based in central London
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our team long term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident all-rounder who can work independently as well as part of a team to deliver a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance and repair works across domestic and commercial properties
- Perform wall and ceiling repairs (plastering, patching, painting)
- Hang and adjust doors, including fitting locks and handles
- Carry out minor plumbing tasks such as toilet replacement, repairs, and basic pipework
- Undertake a variety of other trade tasks as required (basic carpentry, decorating, tiling, etc.)
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach with clients and team members
- Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Jobs are central London so must be willing to travel from job to job
- Proven experience in a variety of trades and property maintenance tasks
- Confident in problem solving repairs and installations
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Own tools (preferred)
- Oyster card and full travel paid
