Work as a Nursing Home Manager for an established elderly care provider managing a 40-bed nursing home in Sheffield.
This provider is eager to speak with experienced, nurse-qualified Home Managers who have a strong background managing nursing homes. The service is fully occupied, fully staffed and has significantly reduced its reliance on agency workers following a successful turnaround.
The current Home Manager has been internally promoted and will remain involved in the induction and handover process, providing the new manager with strong support and detailed knowledge of the home.
Benefits:
- £55,000–£60,000
- Quarterly bonus of up to £2,500 following probation

Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin with no warnings or sanctions
- Nursing home management experience
- RGN qualification preferred
- Strong clinical leadership experience
- Experience developing and upskilling nursing teams
- Good longevity within previous roles
- Able to build a strong and positive staff culture
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Must live within approximately 40 minutes of the home
- Must align with the values of Family, Honesty and Respect
As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, maintaining its strong occupancy and staffing levels while continuing to develop the quality of the service.
You will work closely with the Regional Manager and wider support teams to prepare the home for its upcoming CQC inspection, strengthen the nursing team and provide residents with a high standard of clinical care.
